Local HVAC company giving away free furnaces to families in need

STEGER, IL – Merts Heating & Air Conditioning has always taken immense pride in investing into the community that has allowed for their continued success, and this holiday season they’re doing just that. Merts is excited to once again give back to their community by supplying and installing free gas furnaces to those in need.

The holiday season is a perfect time to reflect on our blessings and seek out ways to make life better for those around us, and General Manager Julie Weidenaar couldn’t be more excited about this incredible opportunity. “We’ve always loved Project Heat because we know that we’re giving away systems to families who truly need them. I sincerely hope that this makes a difference for everyone involved.”
